Hinsdale Home Prices Split Between $65,000 And $211,000 In Latest Deed Filings

HINSDALE -- The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transactions in Hinsdale between June 19 and July 18, with the priciest disclosed sale, a Church Street property, closing at $211,000.

Twelve transactions were recorded in Hinsdale during the period, but only four listed a disclosed sale price. Among those four, prices ranged from $65,000 to $211,000, with a median of $100,000. The remaining eight records did not include a consideration amount, which is common for certain deed types such as trust transfers, mortgage discharges, and municipal or permit-related filings.
