Stockbridge's Select Board approved a 468-name Revolutionary War memorial design, with the Stockbridge-Munsee Community offering to cover the $12,369 plaque order. Committee presenter Rich Bradway said the list includes 93 Mohican names, 12 African American names and 363 colonists, and warned "one veteran who found this to be really important, we lost this year" while pushing for a quick ground-blessing ceremony. The board also voted unanimously to join the Seft Clean Energy PACE program, becoming what a program representative called the 90th Massachusetts community to adopt it, and appointed Will Laidlaw to the Planning Board to replace Eric Egan.
Separately, ratepayer Meg Collier told the board Stockbridge's 24 Housatonic Water Works customers lack "a clear source of information" amid Great Barrington's emergency declaration over the troubled private utility, and officials said they are preparing contingency water supplies but have not declared an emergency of their own.
