The board voted unanimously February 25 to end public comment on Petition 599, Berkshire Concrete Corporation's special permit renewal application for earth removal at five Dalton parcels including the contested Parcel 105-16 on Bridal Road, then voted 4-1 to push deliberations to its March 18 regular meeting.
