As of Wednesday, June 24, the Health Department has shuttered the Margaret Lindley Park swimming area due to elevated bacterial levels in the water. No reopening date has been set; the town says the area will remain closed until testing shows conditions have improved. Residents should check the town's News Flash feed at williamstownma.gov for updates before heading to the park.
