Select Board Set to Award East Street Paving Bid Monday
MOUNT WASHINGTON — Mount Washington's Select Board is scheduled to award the East Street paving bid at its Monday, Aug. 17 meeting, the same day the town's AdHoc Schoolhouse Committee gets an update on renovation work and grant funding status.

The Select Board meets Monday, Aug. 17, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall and via Teams. Along with approving minutes from its Aug. 3 and Aug. 5 sessions and vendor and payroll warrants, the board is set to take up highway department matters, including awarding the East Street paving bid, and will hear a work-in-progress status update from the highway foreman.
Earlier that day, the AdHoc Schoolhouse Committee meets at 5 p.m. by Zoom. The committee's agenda includes approving minutes from its June 11 and July 13 meetings, an update on the Larochelle work, a look at interior work and color selection, a status report on Rural Development Fund reimbursement, and discussion of other grant applications or funding for the schoolhouse project.
