Lee Planning Board continues hearing on proposed 74-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Attorney Jeff Lynch told the board the project at 165 Housatonic Street would cut lot coverage to 7.74 percent, add 83 parking spaces and use a 2025 zoning amendment allowing four-story, 50-foot buildings.
