Print Works Drive Sale at $800,000 Tops a Quiet Stretch of Adams Deeds

ADAMS -- An $800,000 sale on Print Works Drive was the largest of 13 property transfers recorded for Adams in late July and early August, though most of the period's recorded documents did not disclose a sale price.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 13 transfers involving Adams properties between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026. Seven of those included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $800,000, with a median of $180,000. The other six recorded documents, including mortgage assignments, a tax lien notice and a municipal solar-lease assignment, did not include a sale price. Counting only the price-disclosed transactions, seven sales over a four-week span is a light volume for the town.
