Donald Rand Lear, 93, of Dalton, MA, died peacefully at home on September 20, 2026. He was born February 7, 1933 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a son of Louis and Mary Hefty Lear, and was a graduate of Downingtown High School and Peirce College. He served in the United States Army in Korea. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 9 a.m. at the First Congregational Church of Dalton, with Reverend Jennifer Livermore officiating; burial with military honors will follow.
